Standard Operating Procedures for Parks

I trying to come up with some standard procedures for our parks/managers to streamline operations, provide guidance and become more efficient. I would like to put them into notebook book to make things rather dummy proof and have a copy at each office/online for reference.

Does anyone have have any companywide procedures I could take a look at or possibly purchase so I could have a template to modify to our own specifications?

Hey there!

Do you have Frank and Dave’s courses? If not, take a look at them. I believe one or more either have what you are asking for or provide enough information that making such a guide would be pretty easy.
