Small animals burrowing under mobile homes

I am having problems with small animals burrowing under mobile homes
possibly gophers or rabbits.
 
Any ideas on how to get rid of them?

I prefer poison bait. Properly set to insure no persons can access it once set. Make sure you inform the home owners they are responsible to insure their pets are not allowed to run loose.
You could trap them but this requires time and effort to check and dispose of animals.
