In Lonnie’s book, he says to buy single wides, rather than double wides but he doesn’t really state the reason. What’s your experience? Which sells quicker in your area, singles or doubles?
If you need to move the home it can get expensive with a doublewide. If staying where it is at and price is right any 3Bed/2Bath MH will be easy enough to fill. 2Bed/1Bath are harder and 1Bed/1Bath are next to impossible to fill. Hope info helps.
