Selling the manager's home a good idea?

We have a home that was the managers home, the nicest in the park, but our new manager owns a lot elsewhere in park, and he wants to stay put.

So, considering we prefer all TOH’s, seems like its a good idea to sell manager home, right? However, if the current manager quits, it might be impossible to hire a new one from within the park considering there are no others qualified, so where would the new manager live if we didnt have the manager home?

Although we do have a few other rentals (not so nice looking), and could potentially evict someone (we are month to month leases) to bring in a new manager, but that doesnt seem like a good idea.
