I have about 100k to invest in a park. I am open to partner or JV with an experienced MHP investor/operator-would prefer to be active if possible so I can learn hands on but would consider passive role as well. My background has been in the RE business for over 20 years in various capacities, mostly residential and multi family investing both actively and passivelyI currently have one investment as LP in a MHP deal-I can add value and experience to a team from management/operations/investor relations standpoint just dont have ton of expereince in MHP space. I would prefer parks that are in solid economic areas-…with value add component , city services, with majoriy tenant owned homes ,however I certainly understand there is no perfect park.
