I periodically sell wholesale deals that I do not for my parks in IN. You’d generally be looking at a 199x 3BR 14x70 metal in good (not perfect) shape for around $5,000 - $6,000 cash, you move to your park from eastern IN or western OH. Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for the reply. If I have to do my own deals, I will be interested… I would really like to fine a lonnie dealer in Lafayette as my manager has enough tasks without me tossing in more homes to play with… all that said… if something smokin comes along… I would probably send my manager over to look at it and be interested…
