Hi there,
I have been looking to aquire a MHP for a few months now. Where I am from there are no MHP, the closest is at least a hour and not for sale. My question is… Is it a bad idea to own a park out of state and 1000’s of miles away? Expecially it being my first park. I figure there will be management in place weather the park is in 50 miles away or 1,000’s of miles away.
