Hi everyone! I’m looking for a MHP here in Indiana, ideally between 30-60 pads, not a total turnaround but ideally not FULLY occupied so I have some room to add value. Trying to find any off market deals as my broker (and Crexi, MHPStore.com, etc.) is coming up short at the moment and I want to find something to start with ASAP.
