I am a loan officer that specializes in financing manufactured homes, both in parks and on land. I been marketing to Realtors with mobile home listings, especially listings for houses in parks. In my opinion most Realtors don’t know how to effectively market houses in parks and so I am in the process of creating a website (or portion of my existing site) devoted to providing resources for Realtors selling houses in parks. I already have a fair amount of content for the site, but I am always looking for more sales strategies, tips and resources.
