Does anyone here ever do periodic spray of treatments throughout the property. We found termites on a POH and have a couple others we would be concerned about. Termite treatment seems to cost a lot and that can be detrimental for affordable housing.How do you guys approach this when you find it…
Our properties are not typically infested with termites, but we do get some other bugs, and we promptly spray when we are made aware of the problem. If you are in an area with a termite problem, then you should definitely spray ‘frequently.’ Ask other property owners in your area how often they spray, also attend your local REIA group and ask the same question.To your continued success,-jl-
