Resident A lost their dog, posted signs around the park for 3 days and finally discovered that resident B living across the street had stolen resident A’s dog and tried to force it to breed with one of their own dogs and in the process injured resident A’s dog. Police were called and charges are being considered against resident B (for theft and possibly other charges). In the meantime, my manager is getting pounded with demands from park residents to force resident B to move out of the park. Resident A told the manger if we don’t remove Resident B from the property, then resident A will move out.
I know this is everyday stuff in this business but just curious how you all would handle this one?
