Question: Looking at a park with 60 park owned homes (rentals), the inventory on this one is mixed 70s, 80s 90s and a few 2000s. 2/3rds of the homes are 3 BR. Good quality park in good location.
The park is in a rural area - about 20,000 population
Lot rents are $175 and a home portion would be $325.
If the park owned homes are converted to lease purchase what is a rough vacancy factor to expect?
