I’m considering switching over to Rentmanager, but am wondering what their processing fees are for when residents make online payments. I would just reach out to them directly but I don’t want to deal with pesky sales calls. Thanks yall!
You have some options for setting what fees you force your customers to pay, or what you want to cover. I think for credit card transactions they charge 3% (we make our residents cover that). I believe ACH transactions are $1 - we choose to cover that. There is also a cashpay option where the resident can pay with cash at a participating retail location (don’t recall the charge for that).
