Rehabbing vs Replacing

I know a lot of people on here prefer to rehab over replace. Here is the deal. I have an 86 Liberty 14x66 3BR 2BA home that is TRASHED. Will need new doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, furnace doesn’t work, painted in and out, carpet-vinyl, bathroom counters, skirting, everything. Would like to hear some opinions of spending 7-8k to rehab versus finding a replacement 94-99 model from Greentree that I can get moved, set up and all for hopefully 10-11k.

Thoughts?

Thanks
