Hi all. Any suggestions on banks that would refinance mobile home parks?
My best experience is to use a local or regional bank if your deal is under $2 million. Most small cities have at least 2 or 3 local banks with 1 to a handful of locations, and these are ideal. Even regional banks with 50 locations in several states are very good to use.
