Hello Frank,
I am disappointed in your refusal to answer my questions with anything other than your “buy my book / send me money, I am an expert” non-answer that clearly is not a reasonable offering of proof as to your expertise.
Perhaps someone else is capable of answering my very basic, simple and preliminary questions ?
