I agree. I would never do a deal without those. I didn’t think you could anyway. But I guess if one wanted to take the risk. I like good deals. But not that much risk.
I don’t know why they want a week. It’s not a week from now. It’s a week from whenever. Essentially they want me to do de dilligence before they will put it under contract. They are tired of people backing out. They know they have a dog of a park. And they want the buyer to know that also. But I don’t want to spend more time and money just to have someone else buy it out from underneath me a day before I’m ready.
