Jim the lot rent is $200 and all utilities are billed directly to tenant. I have begun looking on craigslist and local paper but most used homes are going for 12-15k. I have not went to local dealers yet or tried to find wholesaler or lonnie dealers yet but I believe the park is a good investment.
