I think your local dealer is honing in on a concept that we as MHP owners should consider…As the MH housing stock continues to age, more of us will be buying new homes to fill vacant lots, and by coming up with an effective method to estimate/ measure the homes residual value at different points in time - we would likely make much better decisions.
