Actually I did do just that–enquire at another nearby park,and they would have taken me but my trailer was not up to their standards and it would have cost far more to upgrade it than it was worth. So that doesn’t seem to be an option at this point, nor does buying a piece of property and moving it there due to zoning regulations.
At this point it looks like I am committed to staying there for the time being, because after looking at all the options, it’s the only one that makes good financial sense. Eventually I would like to buy a house but I am nowhere near ready financially to take on that responsibility and it will most likely be three to five years before that is a possibility. So the longer I can stay where I am the better. From what you are telling me it looks like I will have time to work on a viable Plan B. I have a feeling that there are going to be a lot of changes for the better in the coming months as we have had a change in management.
