How could you think I would ever joke about such a serious subject like the health and welfare of my residents? Actually, this is also part marketing. When people drive through or call me on the phone, I can always say to stop by the mailboxes and help themselves to some free tomatoes. Ya know, “free” as in the only 4 letter word better than “beer”.
