Thank you for the questions/information. The mold grew while the previous resident lived in the home and/or while she had vacated the home. The home was vacant under the previous resident’s ownership for a few months before we took title. Then the home sat vacant for a couple of months before we found a new buyer (i.e., the new resident) who has not “lived” or moved in yet.
