Hello, I own parks in Indiana and recently purchased a mobile home in Ohio to move over here to Indiana. I have a few questions as I have never purchased a home in Ohio. 1. Will I have to make sure any taxes are paid? I do not want to title the home in Ohio if possible. I know I purchased a home in MI one time and was able to not pay taxes or ever get a MI title. I just moved it down to IN and got an IN title. Hopefully this will be the same.2. How will I get an Indiana title?3.
