Not sure your asking this forum of people to buy or invest with you, as much as your are asking for some advice. Let me know if I am wrong.
Population is very small and the other park with higher rents has a very high vacancy, so not sure how much upside you have with rents. Price seem pretty high as well, with only 40-45 of the lots paying. What is the Sewer situation? Do you have all the expenses, so you can calculate the Net return?
