What can you do to hedge against the risks associated with properties on wells? The contamination liability issue, the well drying up issue, etc. What can you do to prepare for potential issues?
For my well parks… cash on hand, routine testing and testing by a professional, and setting up a capex program with said professional. Water restriction notices (sign up for your state-level alerts) and enforcement.
One of my parks has fancy telemetry on the three wells that feed the system, that helps me sleep at night but probably wouldn’t pay to install it in my others.
