I have a Mobile Home Park that I own with a partner. I am an absentee owner, while my partner takes care of the park. We have the park for last six years. We had put 25% down and did not take a dime from the park. All the profit went for extra payments to the bank. We deliberately did that so we would be out of the loan sooner. For last couple of years the city is after us. They feel that the park is an eye sour. They took us to the court without giving much notice. We hired lawyer and basically agreed to all the terms that city wanted. They have made us very hard to bring new homes by putting restriction like
