The manager wanted to sell his mobile home and move to a place out of park. He offered it to me as the new owner, for $3500. The home is a 1960s model, 12x50, 2 bedroom 1 bath. The interiors seems like well maintained, comes with all appliance (less than 5 Yrs old) except window ACs. Is $3500 a reasonable price for it, considering its age (pre-HUD)? I may live there by myself for time being, or sell/rent it to a tenant. Any inputs will be appreciated.
