I am trying to acquire a 40 unit park on 12 acres with 20 m/l acres for future development. The asking price is $225,000. It is about to go into foreclosure with the owner finance. The park need rehabs, water & sewer updates. Only 8 lot renters left because of neglect. Park was full occupancy at one time.Repos are readily available and I have rehabbed houses and have developed a small MH subdivision land/home. I have a crew. The 20 new acres will have a 55 + development.This is in a great location w/great schools shopping medical close in NW MO. I need investors to help with rehab and acquisition. Please help!!!

I’m not sure if you have done this, but have you put together a prospectus on the project? This would help in finding investor money for the deal.
