Mike from TN- I dont have any investors that will speculate with me. They all want a return on there money via a check in the mail every month.
My vision of speculating on real estate in this market looks like someone trying to catch a falling rock coming off a cliff. The problem is we dont know how big the rock is.
Mike I love your ambition and enthusiasm but if I was you I would give that little jewel of a property away and go buy a cash flowing property in your area.
