Good evening! I would like to hear feedback from those who have utilized both the Legacy Housing Park Owned Plan with 20% down + tax and the new Clayton Plan that is rolling out now. I understand it is new, but I am already hearing some Park owners voicing dislike with the Profit Taking of the Clayton Plan. I would also be interested to hear some comparison on the qualities of both homes and “service after the sale” from each manufacturer. Thanks in advance for all input and sharing of experiences of the pros and cons of each.
