Hi All,
I’ve been having some issues with dogs in one of my communities and I wanted to see if anyone has any input on my new proposed pet policy that I have posted below. I thought about limiting the policy to just dogs, but one of my managers was concerned about snakes and other types of potentially dangerous pets. I don’t want to create an uprising by the tenants in the communities because I know how people love their pets, however, I still want to keep the communities safe and nice. Any thoughts or input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
