I called and got estimates on the phase 1 environmental. The company I’m going to go with told me they put a disclaimer in their work that states that the phase 1 is done only on the property itself and not on any of the mobile homes. Is that ok?
Yes, that’s standard. The mobile homes may or may not contain asbestos, etc.and they can’t comment on that.
