No problem Kristin. I also need to caveat this with selling your manager on the enforcement. For them, I donât want to worry about them getting bitten while walking the park. Our managers have to read meters so itâs a safety issue for them doing their job. I also donât want a community where people are afraid to walk outside because some idiot has a giant man-eater running wild. Making it a safety issue concerning them is always effective. Same as how we spin the reasons we donât accept cash. In reality, the number 1 reason we donât do cash is because of the potential for embezzlement. For them, the number 1 reason we donât do cash is to protect them from being robbed.
