I have a park in Iowa that has gravel roads and I want to pave it with asphalt in the future. It’s about 1500 linear feet of roads and i was thinking of going 2" deep. I am thinking it will be something like $100-150k but wanted to see if my assumption feels off to anyone.
I recently got a quote for my park in Wisconsin. Road is about 800’ long x 50’ wide. They quoted a 3" depth. Came in around $80k. Hope that helps.

Very helpful! Mine are 1500 x 24 so we have about the same amount or road. That seems like a pretty good price you got on 3".
