So i already own a few parks. 80 units total. but this is a larger purchase and it has a lot of county violations that needs to be cleared up by aug 18th. and mid oct. It is currently bank owned and has 153 park owned units. Asking price is 2 million. county wants around 30 of the units demolished and removed by the aug date and another 30 brought up to code or demolished and removed by oct. im not sure if this is enough information to come up with a price i should make an offer at. i have the county letter if needed. thanks for your help.
