When I break my water charges out they look like this:
Each tap I am charged a flat rate of $10.21 per unit for water and $9.94 per tap for sewer.
The first 2,000 gallons we are charged $1.38 per 1000 gallons
Every 1,000 gallons after that we are charged 1.43 per 1,000 gallons
Tax of .04 on entire amount
I am charged an out of county charge of 25%
Flat rate of $19.21
First 222 gallons @ 1.38 per 1000 gallons
Any additional gallons at 1.43 per 1000 gallons.
Total average consumption during the summer months was an average of 5000 gallons per tenant. If that is the case the average bill should look something like this:
1.Flat Rate for Water and Sewer: $20.15 x 1.25 = $25.19
