I would like to hear experiences from park owners that still have a full time job in a different industry and might not have the scheduling flexibility during the work week. How do you handle your parks? What if the park is out of state? How do you oversee projects in the park? I asked these questions as I am analyzing investment opportunities and I will not be able to just quit my job. It will be interesting to hear from others that went or are going through this scenario.
