For park owned homes, who’s responsibility is it for basic maintenance such as landscaping, raking, shoveling snow off roof, shoveling snow off walkway, etc.
It can go either way, depends on the park and what is customary in a given market. The lease “should” stipulate these items clearly for residents (e.g. maintenance responsibilities of landlord vs tenant).
