I am hoping that one of you can help. We need a good month to month lease for lots. If you have one that you will share, please send to jbrenn@cfl.rr.com or we have a fax if you need to send it that way.
Things are progressing nicely at this early stage, but next week will tell how well (or not) rents will be paid. As I said in an earlier post, they have not been trained to pay rent in a timely manner, if at all. The good thing is that Jim was able to bid and buy 2 singlewide repos that are currently in the park, so as soon as they are fixed and cleaned we have the potential to increase the income.
If any of you are currently running a park in Alabama, we would like to talk with you.
