Those of you who own multiple, parks, do you advertise an email address for each specific park and then forward those emails into a park manager email account?
Only advertise phone number.
Manager has own personal email address.
For Online ads since I am a relatively small operator I list my office number
And screen the call. If ok I have interested party contact park manager to see a home or lot.
When I have a home available I usually have the manager put a sign in the window or word or mouth gets it rented quick.
