Owning a park while working full time

I have a very good job right now that I enjoy (for the most part), but my long term goal is to be supported through my real estate investments. I would like input from park owners out there who still work a full time job or who have in the past. What challenges did you face working 9 to 5 and at the same time making your park profitable? Was the park a turnaround or nearly turnkey when you bought it? Long distance or local? Systems you put in place to make best use of your time? Any words of wisdom you could pass along?

Thanks…
