Hello group. Are there any MHP investors who are ok with waste water treatment plants in Ohio?
70 pads. Park is about 25% full and would require infill. Lot rents are $300 with room to move. Price is 400K and my fee is included. No seller financing but I have a local bank lined up at 50-65% LTV.
County population is 70K. If you own parks with WWTPs, I would love to connect.
