I see a lot of deals for assignment that aren’t worth the asking…with 50-100K on top as a fee.
I’ll gladly pay an assignment fee on deals that aren’t turds.
I’ve never had Manny email me back, despite reaching out a few times. Could have gotten lost I suppose, but I figure after the third attempt I’m being ignored for a reason.

Yes it’s kinda comical to see the turds being slung with an assignment fee that anyone can find themselves and not pay a dime extra. Don’t waste your time.

Regarding Guy, I don’t respond to unserious buyers. Anyone that reaches out needs to share proof that they own a park, and they have means to purchase. Otherwise, you’ll have clowns like John here complaining about fees. If it’s so easy to find deals, then go find them buddy. You don’t need to keep calling my phone and leaving comments on these posts.
Seems like you’re offended about not disclosing your fee. Thats a fair ask if you’re assigning something. You assuming people don’t have money to pay your fee is ignorant at best.
I’m making the point that clowns slinging deals that don’t make sense … with a 100K fee … is asinine. Meaning if you’re not finding deals to justify 100K on top…good luck…I’d gladly pay your fee by the way.
Nothing personal…there’s a lot of people like yourself doing the same thing asking 100K fee on a grossly overpriced property. That’s how your phone stops ringing.
I’d suggest your posts disclose your fee so people don’t have to guess…you’re asking for people’s money after all.
