I have requested more info on a park I am interested in but the listing broker has not replied. This is not one request but several on my part as well as my realtor making at least two requests. I pulled the owner info off the tax records but do not know the proper procedureto follow. What is the legal and ethical way to do this? Do I contact the owners directly? Do I tell them their broker is not interested in selling their park? ( I would be pissed and probably fire someone) Hopefully you can give me some advice.
