I’m looking for some advice. We are buying our first park and are in the process of getting the sewer lines inspected. The question is, does it make sense to use a plumber that knows the park or a plumber that is not familiar with the park?
Find the plumber that has the most experience with the park and ask him what the condition of the infrastructure is and for any hidden problems.
Then find a different plumber with a sewer camera to do the inspection.
