I have found 5 acres that is wooded (some timber may be marketable), the property has a water meter, septic tank, power pole and a drive way. This property appealed to me because it borders an existing MH park. I noticed that the existing park has only singlewide homes. I thought that these five acres may be a good place to put a few doublewides and rent them out. The asking price for the property is 23k. I haven’t attempted any kind of negotiation yet, I am still trying to gather as much info as I can. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
