Just wanted to say hi and wish everyone a happy new year. Also, I wanted to see if anyone out there had any advice for a new investor in the MHP class? I should mention that I do have some experience in residential and also in development. Im also trying to do this with not so good credit and also very little funds (so I need to be creative).
