I just recently closed on a park. The park has several tenants with dogs that are not allowed in the lease. Do I need to wait until the tenants return the leases to start taking care of the problem?
All states have ‘rule’ seasoning laws. So a rule needs to be in place for ‘x’ days prior to enforcing it. I would re-paper the park, allow the rules to fully season, and then start the process.
