I am in the process of building a mobile home park. I am currntly purchasing the land
Can anyone give me an estimate on running all utilities and septic tanks to ten pads? Thank you very much.

Those are questions best answered by local contractors that do that type
of work:
Plumbing - for drainfields and tanks
Electrical - for , well, electrical
Should be plenty of them in the Yellow Pages. Be sure to get 3-4 estimates.
