Everyone I would first like to wish all of you a very Safe and Happy New Year.
We are trying to start the new year off right, we are looking for new opportunities to invest in.
Our Criterion is as follows:
Mobiles need to be on a proper foundation, have fairly decent shape, 12 months or more seasoning, with at least 10% down, owner occupied, with or with out land (with land preferred), and payors should have at least 580 or better fico’s and or credit score.
